Max is seventeen and is the eldest and favorite child of Mrs. Allegra because he listens to her unlike his sister. Max suffers from the overwhelming and depressing emotions of their father's passing, which changed his young, happy personality - to a quiet, anxious teenager but has slowly become happier due to the support of his sister and new girlfriend Bella.

Mrs. Allegra, known as Guest and Max's mom, is the main antagonist in Prank Your Mom, and the target of Libby's pranks. Once a cheerful but clingy mother figure, Mrs. Allegra has descended into an angry, impatient, and abusive mother since the passing of her husband. Often using work as a distraction of his death. Although it's implied she treats Max like the favorite child. She constantly insults her daughter Guest and makes her sleep in the garage, seemingly for no reason. Her current reason for her mistreating Guest is unknown.

Gary is the mature, emotionally deprived friend of Libby, and is the only active worker at Cabbisto. He is twenty years-old and owns a two room apartment, presumably in the city. He also knows Max, but their relationship is unknown.

Ellie is a sixteen year-old employee at The Scrapyard in the city, although she is not happy working there, willing to ditch her job to hang out with Guest. Ellie is shown to be chill and laid back around her friends, except she shares the same distaste for Charlie like everyone else. Ellie is also very reliable and defends Guest when an old classmate forcefully gets in her way to brag about their fame. She has your back in any scenario you are in and will continue to play a major supporting role for Guest.

Bella appears as a human/cat hybrid, whose is shown to be a loyal and trusting ally to Max, such as buying shopping items from Charlie for him when he was too nervous to face Charlie himself. As their relationship grows, they begin dating and Bella kindly offers Max to stay at her and her parent's house after a face off with Mrs. Allegra in Ultrasneak. She is a cheerful and kind person that is always available to help no matter what, as she cares about the people around her.

Charlie is the young owner and only employee of the city market "Pickled Pickle" at the age of seventeen. He is the awkward acquaintance of the Allegra Siblings, Guest makes it clear that she does not like him and Max yells back at Charlie because Charlie thinks its stupid that Max helps Libby when she could do it herself, however they all knew each other since their elementary days and keep in contact. Charlie struggles with making actual friends and uses bots to promote a good image of his business.
