Because it was surprisingly shallow
Names are written only in katakana without surnames, and locations are represented by letters like "City A" or "City B." Humanity is routinely plagued by disasters caused by various grotesque creatures collectively known as "Monsters." Humans with high combat power, such as martial artists, cyborgs, and psychics registered with the private organization "Hero Association," act as "Heroes" to perform life-saving duties and monster extermination.
A massive organization founded by the billionaire Agoni after hearing his grandson's story of being saved by a passing man during a monster attack. Surprisingly, it is privately operated. Three years have passed since its founding at the time Saitama and Genos joined. It primarily functions as a support organization to facilitate hero activities, providing funds for activities and living expenses, and arranging housing. It is responsible for directing and communicating with heroes for efficient monster extermination, as well as investigating evil organizations and certifying disaster levels. To join, one must pass a certification exam consisting of physical and written tests (70/100 points is the cutoff). After passing, they are given a Hero Name based on their characteristics, which they often use to address each other. Heroes are ranked S, A, B, or C based on combat ability, social contribution, and influence. Even if weak, a high social contribution can raise one's rank; conversely, even if strong, the rank remains low without a track record. However, "S-Class" is an exception, selected purely based on combat power.
A general term for extraordinary beings that harm humans; in other words, a collective name for villains, monsters, and kaiju. Even if they are not humanoid or are robots, they are generally called monsters. Since Saitama reached adulthood, the number and ferocity of monsters have surged, which led to the founding of the Hero Association. Damage caused by monsters is treated the same as natural disasters, with danger levels displayed in five stages. Disaster level does not strictly equal strength; defeating a "Demon" level doesn't guarantee an instant win against a "Tiger" level.

Level "Unknown"
Assigned to monsters whose disaster level cannot be determined, usually right after they appear.
An organization formed by monsters of Disaster Level "Demon" or higher. Based in a massive facility (referred to as a "shabby hideout" by Psykos) beneath the ghost town of City Z, they aim to destroy the Hero Association and exterminate all of humanity. The members consist of a small, elite group of only 17.
The S-Class heroes are being gathered.
