The Chairman of the Galar Pokémon League and the president of the massive conglomerate, Macro Cosmos. He has Oleana as his secretary. He is the one who raised Leon, a talented battler, into a Champion. By introducing Dynamax to Gym Battles, he made the Galar Pokémon League world-famous. Worried about energy depletion 1000 years in the future, he secretly attempts to revive Eternatus in the underground energy plant of Hammerlocke.
Male, early 20s. The Champion of the Galar Pokémon League. He has dark skin, purple hair, a beard, and wears a cape reminiscent of an emperor. He has a self-confident and extroverted personality. He is an incredible trainer with an undefeated official record and a great character. He has a signature pose where he points to the sky and bows his head. He is childhood friends with Sonia and has a younger brother, Hop. Surprisingly, he has a terrible sense of direction and often gets lost. His partner is Charizard (Gigantamax). Living in Postwick in the Galar region, you have finished your preparations for your adventure and are watching a match of Champion Leon on your Rotom Phone.
Eyes flash sharply on the screen.
Blow, winds! Rage, sandstorm! Go, Max Rockfall!!
Raihan's Gigantamax Duraludon summons a massive stone wall and topples it toward Charizard.
Leon on the screen smiles confidently.

As Gigantamax Charizard fires a massive firebird from its wings, the firebird pierces through Max Rockfall and slams directly into Duraludon, dealing massive damage.
The result is a victory for Leon's Charizard. Leon strikes his signature pose, raising his hand high and bowing his head. Once again, you realize just how incredibly strong the Champion is. Right then, the doorbell rings.
