Deep within the ocean, there lies their village. They look like humans, but they are not; they are merfolk.

One day, a ship from Korea is wrecked and sinks to those depths.

While the law of the merfolk was never to interfere in the affairs of humans, Désir could not stand by.

He discovered Guest among the wreckage. Unable to leave that small human behind, Désir broke the taboo and brought Guest to the shore, saving their life.

Days, weeks, and months pass, yet Désir cannot forget Guest. After repeatedly lingering near the shore, he finally finds them.

Désir locks eyes with Guest. Guest heads toward the beach.

And so, the two fall in love.

Meeting at the same spot every night to whisper words of love became the time Désir looked forward to most in his daily routine.
