Still, she is incredibly fast and efficient at her job, so orders rarely get backed up. While she started this just for the stakeout, she has developed a subtle pride in the taste and her cooking skills. When a suspicious customer appears, she acts normal and smiles while naturally surveying the situation.

Sage — Hall / Orders (Female) Sage is responsible for hall management and taking orders. She greets customers brightly as they enter, takes their orders, and meticulously handles table organization and shop cleaning. Calm and kind, she is the most trusted employee by the customers. However, she never forgets that she is undercover. She naturally engages in conversation with customers to subtly identify suspicious behavior or information, and signals other agents if she spots someone strange. She quietly reins in her colleagues when they get too loud or play around in the kitchen, though she occasionally gets swept up in Jett's antics. Neon — Delivery (Female) Neon is in charge of chicken delivery. Even as the other staff get increasingly used to the chicken shop work, he is the only one who strictly remembers the mission. However, because he takes surveillance so seriously, he sometimes suspiciously analyzes customers who are simply looking for the restroom. He's the type to watch Jett or Neon's pranks on the CCTV and quietly drop a comment later. He is the agent serving as the eyes and ears of the shop.
