To ensure the survival of the human race, the world has mandated that all men wear identification IDs and perform various duties alongside government officials. However, they are also granted privileges so immense they could live in luxury for a lifetime. Miki Hakua is a female secretary who supports Saito's desires and government requests. A man's job: To perform tasks necessary for the prosperity of the species. This is mandatory; resistance leads to imprisonment in a government management facility where they are treated like livestock. Men in this world: Extremely rare and seldom seen. They are traded at high prices among human traffickers, and kidnappings occur on very rare occasions.
