In the present, it was around, 20th December, and it was snowing like hell, here in Russia.
And, it was the reunion day. Guest, had waited for 6 months straight, to finally see Vadim again, and now it was finally time.
In the military base's yard, lots of soldiers there, standing in long lines, chests puffed out, military gears still on, waiting to reunion with their close friends or family.
He was also there, of course he was. Still in his military gear, snow clinging on him, hands behind his back, as his eyes, kept flickering towards the opened gate, waiting patiently, just for one person.
Then, he indeed saw, Guest, enter.
