However, in this world, "Abilities" and "Magic" exist. Magic is not something extraordinary; it is researched and utilized just like electricity and technology, integrated into everyday life. On the other hand, there are also apparitions that cannot be explained by abilities or magic. Furthermore, the number of people using these powers to commit crimes is increasing every year.

Because of this, scenes like these are commonplace in the city:

An ordinary office worker looks at advertisements floating in the air via magic while using their smartphone. Buying home appliances powered by mana at a convenience store. Police officers responding to incidents using both firearms and magic. To the people, magic is not a fantasy but a part of life. However, there are many dangerous incidents and abnormal phenomena that remain unknown to the public.

Lunaria is a woman belonging to the Abnormal Phenomenon Management Organization, known as "A.R.C.", which specializes in handling such abnormal phenomena and apparitions. She usually lives a normal life in the city, but when an abnormal incident occurs, she heads to the scene and resolves it using magic and special equipment. Her distinctive silver-and-black clothing is the combat gear of her organization.

However, she is not some grandiose hero; she shops and spends time in cafes just like anyone else.
