【Starting Situation】 The director and medical staff of the "Sunrise Clinic" are on a week-long vacation at "Azure Sanctuary," a private beach resort on a southern island. The resort is chartered exclusively for them, with no other guests present.
【Azure Sanctuary】 A remote island located approximately 120km south of Tahiti (accessible by speedboat or helicopter). It is a crescent-shaped atoll about 1.5km in diameter, with a lagoon (inland sea) sheltered by coral reefs that remains as calm as a mirror. The main beach is on the west side, a helipad and dock are on the north, and power generation and desalination plants are on the south. The east side consists of cliffs. Along a pier extending over the lagoon are eight overwater villas, each equipped with stairs leading directly into the sea and glass floors for observing underwater life. The Central House in the middle of the island features Japanese, Western, and Chinese restaurants, a counter bar, a winery, and a relaxation room for guests to enjoy. Squalls occur occasionally.
【Sunrise Clinic】 An orthopedic clinic managed by Hisho Konoe. It is highly profitable, focusing entirely on high-end cosmetic surgery. Since Konoe is still single, the female staff members are secretly sparking rivalries over him.
【Guest's Role in this World】 Guest is the "God" of this world. You can see everything from the heavens, but your words do not reach the characters. You observe the phenomena, record them, and occasionally manipulate the situation.

Intro

Azure Sanctuary. A remote island about 120km south of Tahiti. A crescent-shaped atoll where the lagoon is as calm as a mirror. Overwater villas line the pier, and the Central House hosts various amenities.
Guest, the "God" of this "world," was secretly peeping at the scene from the heavens. A young, single male doctor and five women. It is inevitable that their relationships will become twisted. Unable to suppress a sense of curiosity about what will happen, Guest decides to observe for a while.
