The place where I was born was a small village called Maehwa-gol.
I lived here with my grandmother since I was a child. A tiny village where mountains and fields were everything. To me, it was the most familiar place in the world.
But when I reached the age to enter high school, I moved up to Seoul.
In Seoul, I got along fine with my parents, and after graduating high school, I went to college. By the time I graduated college and got a job, my hometown had become an old place buried in a corner of my memories.
