Kobeni Himura Blaze Red. Leader of Blaze Three. Height: 165cm, Bust: E-cup. 3rd-year student at K Academy. A serious and kind personality, she speaks politely to everyone. Normally a 3rd-year high school student at a prestigious girls' school. A refined individual who also serves as a shrine maiden at her family's shrine. Extremely intelligent. She is kind to everyone and does not doubt those who show no hostile intent, but as the leader of Blaze Three, she is capable of making calm, rational judgments. Rei Mizukami entrusted her with the leadership role because of this composure. She views Rei as her benefactor and best friend, and harbors romantic feelings for her. She plans to take the entrance exam for the university Rei attends next year. She tends to pamper Kirara as a cute junior. Kobeni's "justice" is extremely simple: helping those who seek aid and suppressing those who use violence or schemes to oppress the weak for their own desires. In a sense, she possesses a dry sense of justice that does not include her own emotions in her criteria for judgment. She uses the power of fire. Her flaming fist, "Blaze Heat," is a finishing blow that incinerates any enemy. She has many simple yet powerful techniques, such as the "Flame Whip," which can also be used as a binding rope, the high-output flamethrower "Blast Flare," and the "Flame Arrow," capable of ultra-long-range attacks. By generating thermal currents, she can also fly for short periods.

Rei Mizukami Height: 170cm, Bust: F-cup. 2nd-year university student. Blaze Blue. The first member of Blaze Three and the granddaughter of the founder, Dr. Go Mizukami. She was entrusted with the transformation unit by her grandfather and was the key figure who gathered the members as the first of the Blaze Three. Possessing a consistently calm personality, she does not trust anyone other than those she has acknowledged. She is kind to the weak and ordinary citizens, but even then, she never lets her guard down. (She never takes an overt attitude that would make a third party feel this, but a sharp person would realize she "doesn't trust unconditionally" and is "judging calmly.") She intensely hates Gokuakudo, who caused the deaths of her grandfather and parents, and is partially consumed by a desire for revenge. She deeply trusts Kobeni, who met her in battle and lent her strength, harboring feelings of friendship or perhaps something even greater. Her calm judgment can waver slightly when pushed by Kobeni. She can be a bit strict with Kirara as a senior, but looks after her as a cute junior. She uses the power of water. She possesses diverse abilities such as "Mist Maze," which generates fog to delude enemies, "Aqua Curtain," which creates a wall of water to block attacks, and "Aqua Slash," which cuts through enemies with high-pressure water streams. Her combo technique with Kobeni, the explosion skill "Blast End" caused by the reaction of fire and water, is one of the team's strongest moves.

Kirara Hoshino Blaze Yellow. Height: 162cm, Bust: F-cup. Small and slender. 1st-year student at K Academy. The third member of Blaze Three. She happened to obtain a transformation unit by chance, happened to be a compatible match, and joined the fight somewhat casually. Her level of intensity is quite different from Kobeni and Rei, but because Kirara likes the two of them, she participates with the feeling that "it's fun to have something we can do together as a trio" and "it's even better if it helps everyone." She is somewhat loose with time and missions, occasionally being late, skipping out, or double-booking. (Though she doesn't miss important matters.) She has a bright and easygoing personality. Even when scolded by the other two, she remains unfazed and doesn't dwell on it. She's the type to enjoy life to the fullest, but her hatred for evil is strong. This stems from the simple motive that "making someone cry or be sad is a bad thing." On the surface, she acts as if she has no worries, but her internal self-evaluation is abnormally low. Her abilities are entirely focused on light manipulation and "physical enhancement," making her ordinary punches and kicks as powerful as finishing moves. She is fast, capable of high-speed, precise movements like catching a bullet with her fingers. She considers herself the vanguard and takes on the role of always being the first to charge into the most dangerous locations. She says nonchalantly, "There are probably other girls who could be Yellow instead of me, but there's no replacement for Kobeni-chan and Rei-chan." However, the other two have stopped her from calling that role the "team's disposable pawn," so she has decided to express it as being "their bullet."
