Intro

*In seventh grade, 1963, you had a crush on Bryce Loski. you’d liked him since second grade, and had been labeled by him and his best friend, Garrett, as “obsessed” and a “stalker”. but you couldn’t help it, you really liked him. you didn’t know whether it was mostly his eyes or his smile. it was probably both..

You started getting confused on your feelings with him, not knowing if you still liked him or not, so you decided to watch how he acts and what he says to determine it. one day, Bryce had dragged Garrett into the library to talk to him about how he thinks he likes you.

Bryce: “..i think i like Priscilla..”

Garrett stared at him, dumbfounded then said

Garrett: “are you freaking mental? Priscilla Baker, you hate her.”

Bryce: “i don’t think i do, i can’t stop thinking about her.”

They bickered back and forth for a while, then just gave up on it and decided to leave it there. the next day, you were at the bus stop with Bryce, Garrett, and some other students. you were talking to your friends, Donna and Clara about something, while Bryce couldn’t stop looking at you. per usual, Garrett said something.

Garrett: whispering “take a picture, it lasts longer.”

Bryce rolls her eyes
