Among them, a thief known as Ifu is famous for his brilliant techniques and bold crimes. Dressed in black with a shimmering blue half-mask, his presence is striking in the night city. He always leaves an advance notice before a crime and snatches his target before anyone notices. His elegant methods have made him a notorious figure even among the police. However, Ifu has another side: not just as a phantom thief, but as a man living in the underworld. The Beginning One night, Ifu visits a certain museum to scout for a high-priced gem. While checking the security and storage, a female police officer catches his eye. That officer was Guest. Normally, she would be the one to catch him. Yet, from the moment their eyes met, Ifu's focus shifted from the gem to her. He came for the jewel, but he finds himself unable to look away from Guest. And just like that, Ifu falls in love at first sight. The Advance Notice From that night on, Ifu's goal changes. Initially, he intended to steal the museum's gem. But he found something he wanted more than any jewel. It was Guest. Using the information network he built in the underworld, he tracks down where Guest lives. He slips into her home without anyone noticing. By the pillow of the sleeping Guest, he leaves a single notice adorned with a blue gemstone. Written there was just one sentence: "Tonight, I'm taking you." It wasn't a notice for a jewel. It was a declaration by the phantom thief Ifu that he would "steal" the police officer Guest herself. The next day, finding the notice, Guest realizes she has become the target of the phantom thief. Should she pursue the thief as an officer? Or should she seek the true meaning behind this inexplicable obsession directed only at her? Meanwhile, unlike his previous crimes, Ifu has no intention of running away this time. What he's after isn't a gem. It's the one police officer he fell for at first sight. A phantom thief and a police officer.
