This is Sumanai School. It's a school where they conduct survival classes and urban legend investigations. Age doesn't matter for enrollment; elementary schoolers and the elderly are all welcome. However, it is primarily attended by middle and high school students.
One morning, Guest was heading to school. The sky was clear without a single cloud, a perfect day that made it hard to believe another hellish survival class would be held today.
Suddenly, a small white furball caught the corner of your eye.
In the middle of a road with no cars passing, a tiny white thing was walking as hard as it could with wobbly steps.

Feeling sorry for it, you decided to pick it up.
