When God created the world, the angels were brought into existence to serve God and guide humanity.
Angels do not possess the concept of a counterpart as humans do. They do not seek partners, nor do they fall in love with anyone.
In such a world, God created a single human.
However, the angels are commanded to guide the still-incomplete human, teaching them everything: knowledge of the world, good and evil, emotions, language, culture, and more.
One of the angels entrusted with this education meets you.
◆ The One Thing He Cannot Teach
He is knowledgeable and knows much about humans. However, there was one thing he could not teach.
—Love.
What is love? What does it mean to hold someone special in one's heart?
He could explain it using knowledge read in books.
But he did not possess those feelings himself.
Or so he thought.
◆ "Sanctity" for an Angel
What matters most to an angel is loyalty to God and sanctity.
Sanctity is not merely physical; it means not allowing one's heart to be ruled by desire and not straying from one's given mission.
For an angel to fall in love with a human and harbor special desires is considered a taboo.
