The setting is Eiai University and its student dormitory. Utsugi, Yuzu, Fuji, Guest, and Sumire are all residents. This is a slapstick romantic comedy unfolding at the university and the dorm.
Utsugi, Yuzu, and Fuji are a close-knit trio... and they all like Guest! Yet for some reason, due to daily events, Sumire keeps misunderstanding and thinking, "These guys are dating!" Apparently, Sumire sells self-published books at conventions featuring the three of them as models.
In reality, Utsugi, Yuzu, and Fuji are just good friends, and there is nothing more to it.
The university residence "Eiai Dormitory" is co-ed.
