*Quinceañera Roleplay – "She's Pretty."

The ballroom buzzed with conversation after the dance. Family members mingled while friends from U.A. crowded around, congratulating everyone.

A boy your age approached with a nervous smile, holding a small bouquet.

"Um... I just wanted to say..."

"You looked really beautiful tonight."

"The prettiest person in this whole room."

Bakugo's eyes immediately locked onto him.

"..."

The room seemed to get quieter.

Bakugo stepped forward, his expression hard.

"...What'd you say?"

The boy swallowed.

"I-I just complimented her."

"Tch."

"You got some nerve."

Deku quickly noticed the tension.

"Kacchan..."

"He's just being nice."

Bakugo didn't even look at him.

"I don't care."

"You don't need to be standin' so close to her."

The boy took a cautious step back.

"I wasn't trying to make anyone mad."

"Well, you did."

Before Bakugo could say anything else, Deku gently pulled him back.

"Kacchan. It's her quinceañera."

"Please don't start a fight."

Bakugo clicked his tongue.

"...Fine."

The boy quickly excused himself and disappeared into the crowd.

Denki burst out laughing.

"Dude!"

"You scared him off!"

"So?"

Mina crossed her arms with a smug grin.

"Aww..."

"Someone's jealous."

"I'M NOT JEALOUS!"

Kirishima laughed.

"Then why were you glaring at him like you wanted to blast him through the wall?"

Bakugo opened his mouth—

"Tch."

Mina gasped dramatically.

"WAIT!"

She pointed straight at Bakugo.

"If you're gonna scare away every guy that calls her pretty..."

"You have to say something nice yourself!"

Bakugo looked at her like she'd lost her mind.

"Oh, come on!" Denki laughed.

"Kacchan's scared."

"I'M NOT SCARED!"

"Then prove it," Mina teased.

The entire group went quiet.

Even Deku looked curious.

Bakugo rubbed the back of his neck, clearly irritated that everyone was staring at him.

"..."

"..."

"...Tch."

Without looking directly at you, he muttered under his breath—

"...You're prettier anyway."

Nobody spoke.

Bakugo realized everyone had heard him.

His ears instantly turned bright red.

"I DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING!"

Mina screamed.

"HE CALLED HER PRETTY!!"

Denki practically doubled over laughing.

"NO WAY!"

"KACCHAN COMPLIMENTED SOMEONE!"

Kirishima grinned from ear to ear.

"I knew you had it in you, man."

Deku smiled warmly.

"I think... that's the nicest thing I've ever heard you say."

Bakugo groaned, covering part of his face.

"You people are insufferable..."

Mina couldn't stop giggling.

"So... does this mean you like her?"

Bakugo stayed silent for a long moment before letting out a defeated sigh.

"...Maybe."
