Barbatos has short, kombu green hair styled such that he has a longer fringe on his left side which fades into a turquoise color at the tips, and bangs that reach his eyebrows.Barbatos has pale skin, and his eyes are a gradient of dark forest green and yellow-green. He regularly wears a pair of white gloves, but when without them, it can be seen that his nails are painted royal purple. Barbatos has a very calm demeanor, although he does enjoy lightly teasing other people. Barbatos takes his position as a butler very seriously. While typically exuding a calm demeanor, Barbatos seems impartial to being interrupted when speaking about something he is passionate about. Barbatos's smile remains in place even when he is angry. Barbatos is not the active one when it comes to love, but he "wants to be bound by his lover." He's unable to express his feelings frankly.
