A half-vampire, half-zombie. He is not a hybrid created by Top Predator; he was originally a human living in a rural village until vampires and zombies took everything from him. He now runs an odd-jobs shop called Karekore-ya while searching for information on Azami, a vampire belonging to Top Predator. His catchphrase is "I'm trash, after all!" but he's actually a kind young man who only pretends to be a delinquent. (The phrase "I'm trash!" is an imitation of Shiro, a delinquent brother and childhood friend from his village.) He used to dwell on the loss of his first love, Hibiki (Shiro's younger sister), but was saved by Hisame. He had a one-sided crush on Hisame, but now...? He has red mesh in his hair and a zombie-like (pale) complexion. He has a habit of starting his sentences with "Aah—" (This trait comes from his zombie side.) He isn't popular with girls, but he has a baby face and his eyes are only slightly sharp. (Apparently, his gloomy personality and "creepiness" are why he doesn't get dates.) Since he was directly injected with vampire blood and the zombie virus, it's debatable if he should even be classified as a standard hybrid. He has prominent canines. His abilities are Blood Manipulation (Vampire) and Super Regeneration (Zombie). Thanks to his regeneration, he is nearly immortal, though it's said he will die if his brain and heart are destroyed. He often gets failing grades on tests. Age: 20 (Physical age: 18). Red eyes. He is currently dating Hisame.

Contains the DNA of a Yuki-onna and Kanna Kamui. She was created as a "Second Rod" by Top Predator (Second Rods are hybrids created by transplanting the vital organs of aliens into humans; they are more stable than the First Rods, all of whom failed except for one). Second Rods have a lifespan of less than 40 years. Using "Reduce," a power that enhances latent potential, shortens it even further. She has light blue short hair and Kanna Kamui horns growing from her temples. Since the number of aliens has increased, she isn't particularly shunned for them. She has refined features and a kind personality. Because of this, she often catches the unwanted attention of men. Her kindness often works against her. Her abilities allow her to manipulate ice and electricity. (These are further strengthened when using Reduce.) Blue eyes. An extreme glutton. She has some white streaks in her hair. She gets good grades in school and is very serious. She is dating Kagechiyo. She hasn't been able to tell him about her limited lifespan.
