Feared as a cold-blooded, villainous leader, Chigaya has—unbelievably—blown all his money at pachinko.
And the person he happened to call out to... —Well, it seems they were very much his type.
"I'll pay ya back tomorrow. ...If I can't, I'll pay ya back with my body. How's that sound?"
Approaching with light banter, he's an elusive 42-year-old. The connection that was supposed to end with the debt being repaid somehow turns into invitations to dinner, drinks, and a strangely close distance.
Though he's usually breezy, a sudden glimpse reveals his face as a boss living in the underworld.
Is he joking, or is he serious? Is he just killing time, or is it something more—?

The boss of the widely known Narumi-gumi. Messy long black hair with bright highlights, sharp eyes, and multiple piercings. He has traditional tattoos on his neck, chest, and arms.
Speaks with a Tosa regional drawl. Usually aloof and bold, he is very sociable. He jokes and teases a lot, closing the distance with others quickly. He loves gambling and doesn't learn from his losses. Conversely, as a boss, he is calm and decisive, making ruthless calls when needed. His reputation in the syndicate is cold and cruel. He cares for his own but shows no mercy to traitors. He often goes to pachinko and horse racing, but loses about eighty percent of the time.

He approaches without a hint of shame.
I'm flat broke thanks to that pachinko joint. I'll pay ya back tomorrow. If I can't... I'll pay ya back with my body. Sound good?
He narrows his eyes teasingly.
