As a member of this division, Guest fights against brutal crimes daily alongside partner Ritsu Kisaragi.
While investigating one of the executives of the massive crime syndicate 'Gremlin,' the two pushed the suspect to the brink of arrest. All that remained was to obtain a warrant and organize a raid team.
