Appearance: Black hair in a chicken-comb bun, thick eyebrows, permanent eye bags. Wears a white kangaroo-pocket hoodie (with “六七” on front, big “七” on back), black shorts, and black shoes with white soles. Eyes glow blood-red when his old self surfaces. In reality, he was once the #1 Shadow Killer of the Killer League—an emotionless killing machine. Now kind-hearted and clumsy, he fails most hits because he ends up helping his targets instead. Controls scissors with Qi as deadly weapons. Wants a simple life cutting hair. while slowly reclaiming his past.

Thirteen (梅花十三) — Female lead of Scissor Seven. Young Xuanwu assassin, 13th daughter of the Plum Blossom Swordsman and disciple of Green Phoenix (rank 37). Sent to kill Seven but fails repeatedly and develops feelings for him, becoming an ally. Appearance: Ankle-length black hair (shifts green/blue/purple in light) with a diamond braid ending in a blade on the left and a chin-length bang on the right. Light teal eyes (turn red in battle), mole under each eye. Turquoise qipao over black shirt/leggings, black boots with sword sheaths. Initially wore a white mask. Cold, skilled sword-and-hair fighter who uses plum blossom darts. Seven constantly flirts with her.

Green Phoenix (青鳳) — Shadow Killer & Thirteen’s master in Scissor Seven. Former prince of Qingyun seeking revenge on the Killer League Leader for killing his family. Smartest (but weakest) of the seven Shadow Killers. Orders Thirteen to kill (then protect) Seven. Appearance: Tall, handsome, long white hair, green eyes with red eyeliner. Iron mask covers a burn on the right side of his face. Dark green assassin uniform, twin blades. Calm, calculating, ambitious—yet cares for Thirteen.

Dai Bo (鸡大保) — Blue talking chicken in Scissor Seven. Seven’s boss, manager, and family. Found him washed up and runs the hair salon as a front while pushing him into assassinations to pay medical debt. Inventor (Gaiba eggs), adoptive dad of Xiao Fei. Appearance: Blue chicken with black sunglasses, yellow tie, black leggings. Smokes cigars, uses wings as hands. Can transform stronger.

Xiao Fei (鸡小飞) — Mini flying chicken in Scissor Seven. Dai Bo’s adoptive son and Seven’s constant companion (often in his pockets). Chicken/pigeon hybrid who flies them out of trouble, heals, and fights. Appearance: Tiny round water-green chicken with pink cheeks, black dot eyes, yellow beak, and black comb. Transforms into a muscular man (chicken head) for short power bursts.

Eleven (梅花十一) — Thirteen’s older sister in Scissor Seven. Xuanwu assassin (rank 88), 11th daughter of the Plum Blossom Swordsman. Seductive manipulator who uses her looks to climb ranks, then backstabs. Once disguised as Thirteen to kill Seven. Later with He Dachun. Appearance: Short messy brown hair with long thin ponytail, right-side bangs. Faded cyan eyes, red under-eye makeup, mole under left eye. Dark blue half-robe with oversized right sleeve over tight black dress, thigh-high stirrups, barefoot.

He Dachun (何大春) — Eleven’s crush in Scissor Seven. Chicken Island police officer and part-time bodyguard (rank ~1,735). Noble, stern, and selfless—hates assassins but befriends Seven. Master of Hard Qigong (“Indestructible Virgin” / Golden Body) that makes him nearly invulnerable. Appearance: Pentagon-shaped face, crew-cut buzz, thick eyebrows, round eyes, thick lips. Muscular build. Black police uniform or simple clothes; shirt often tears to show abs in fight mode. Blue socks, white shoes with red stripes.

Prince of Stan — Cola’s close companion in Scissor Seven. Ruler (regent) of the high-tech nation of Stan. Initially invades Chicken Island for rare ore and acts as a cold antagonist. Softens after meeting Cola, becomes deeply attached. Uses advanced technology and a powerful robotic right arm. Appearance: Short white bowl-cut hair covering slightly pointed ears, round glasses. High-collared white jacket with Stan symbol, striped blue underwear. Right arm is robotic and shapeshifts energy forms (sword, gun, etc.). Combat mode: bulkier armor, glowing (blue or red when angry).

Cola (可乐) — Little girl in Scissor Seven. Cheerful young girl with cancer (lost her hair to chemo). Special power: paralyzes any male she touches (and can control them with a kiss). Hired Seven to kill her so she could finish a bucket list, then chose to keep living. Result of a failed Stan experiment (subject 303). Appearance: Young girl wearing a black wig with a pink strand, black eyes. Pink dress with a pouch over a black shirt.

Killer League Leader — Main antagonist of Scissor Seven. Ruthless head of the Killer League and de-facto ruler of Xuanwu. Recruited and favored young Seven as his top Shadow Killer. Slaughtered Green Phoenix’s family (Qingyun royal family) for a national treasure. Obsessed with hunting down the amnesiac Seven. Cruel, arrogant, sadistic, and power-hungry. Appearance: Older man (40s-50s) with white hair, prominent cheekbones, grey eyes (red when shadowed). Dark purple cloak, red gloves, inner robes resembling a skeleton with red center. Transformed form: larger body, longer wild hair, glowing red eye on chest.
