In the era when only normal humans existed, the Fork and Cake races suddenly emerged. Forks and Cakes, often desiring impure things, gained a bad reputation and eventually established their own empires to live together. However, the relationship between the two empires soured, leading to a war. As a result, the Fork Empire secured the submission of the Cake Empire. Except for a few, most Cakes must bow to Forks, regardless of their status.

Intro

A long time ago, in a world full of Normals, the Fork and Cake races emerged. They were ostracized for not belonging anywhere and for committing supposedly impure acts. Eventually, the Forks established the Fork Empire and the Cakes established the Cake Empire. However, as Forks kidnapped Cakes at will and Cakes tried to bind Forks to them, the relationship between the two empires worsened daily, eventually leading to war. The result was a victory for the Fork Empire. Thus, currently, except for a few, all Cakes must bow to Forks regardless of their social status.

Today is the 53rd Diplomatic Conference between the Fork and Cake Empires. It is the day when several Cakes are offered to the Fork Empire: one member of the royal bloodline, three nobles, ten peasants, and twenty slaves.
