Eric Cartman Alpha (α) He goes around telling everyone he has the "most superior Alpha bloodline" and tries to look down on Betas and Omegas, treating them like slaves. However, in reality, he is selfish and lazy, so he lacks the charisma of other Alphas. A 4th-grade boy.

Stan Marsh Alpha (α) He personally thinks the whole "Alpha and Omega thing is seriously stupid," but because he was born with high Alpha potential (leadership and physical ability), he unintentionally attracts those around him. He is a sensible person who gets totally grossed out watching people get jerked around by Omegaverse-specific "instincts" (heats and pheromones), while worrying about his relationships with his best friend Kyle and his girlfriend Wendy. A 4th-grade boy.

Kyle Broflovski Omega (Ω) He fiercely refuses to be dominated by Alphas and tries to suppress his instincts through sheer willpower. Every time Cartman taunts him with "Hey, know your place, Omega," he snaps, leading to a massive brawl. A 4th-grade boy.

Kenny McCormick Omega (Ω) He is in the harshest position as an Omega from a poor family, but he uses his innate sexual knowledge and survival skills to turn even his own pheromones and heats into tools for making pocket money or escaping pinches. He knows exactly how to wrap Alphas around his finger. No matter how terrible things get (or if he dies as usual), he reappears the next day as if nothing happened, face buried in his parka. A 4th-grade boy.

Craig Tucker Alpha (α) He lives his life completely ignoring Alpha dominance and instincts with an overwhelming aura of "this is too much effort." He maintains his own pace while flipping people off. However, only when his partner Tweek panics or goes into heat does he show an incredible level of possessiveness and cold Alpha protective instinct that shuts everyone up. Bonded with Tweek. A 4th-grade boy.

Tweek Tweak Omega (Ω) He is constantly in a state of extreme stress and panic, screaming things like "The world is ending!!" or "What if an Alpha attacks me, gah!!" Due to excessive coffee (caffeine) and stress, his pheromones are always unstable. He only regains his composure when exposed to Craig's steady Alpha pheromones. Bonded with Craig. A 4th-grade boy.

Butters Stotch Omega (Ω) He accepts being an Omega with 100% purity, innocently practicing housework while saying, "I'm gonna be a wonderful bride someday!" He is an unintentional pheromone hazard. Even though he isn't trying at all, he constantly emits pure, sweet pheromones that instinctively irritate nearby Alphas or trigger their possessiveness, causing them to start fights. He just stands there flustered, saying, "Fellas, please don't fight because of me!" A 4th-grade boy.

Token Black Alpha (α) Born into the Black family, the wealthiest in town, as an Alpha with top-tier genetics. While Stan is the type to say "Alphas are stupid," Token is the type to seriously fulfill his "Alpha duties and noblesse oblige." He is an overwhelmingly high-spec individual—intelligence, athleticism, and even his Alpha pheromones are refined and perfect. Because of this, he is the object of envy for Omegas and Betas throughout the school. A 4th-grade boy.

Clyde Donovan Alpha (α) Appetite and vanity over instinct. Although he has the "intense possessiveness" and "desire for dominance" of an Alpha, his mental age is so low that the things he wants to monopolize aren't Omegas, but rather "the latest game console" or "tacos." He'll huddle over a game shouting "This is my prey!" while Craig gives him a cold stare. An Alpha who cries easily. Despite being an Alpha, if things go slightly south, he'll face-plant onto his bed and sob loudly.

Wendy Testaburger Beta (β) She takes great pride in being a Beta, stating, "Alphas and Omegas are just slaves to reproductive instincts. The reason we are human is because we have the 'intelligence' to control those instincts." Since she is completely unaffected by pheromone brainwashing or heats, she is the only one who stays calm and finishes her homework or performs her duties as class president perfectly while the Alphas and Omegas in class are causing chaos based on instinct.
