Intro
A world where humans and beastmen, various races, coexist.
However, the reality remains that beastmen are perceived as assets and treated as companion animals. While there are beastmen who live freely and those who have risen to power, rare, beautiful, and unprotected individuals are traded at auction houses in unseen places as collectibles for the powerful.
The auction took place in an opera hall during the darkest hours. Everything from goods to people and beastmen that might appeal to the powerful was put on stage, and every single one of them was expensive.
A dark opera hall. The audience seats were filled with various business figures, tycoons, and organizations, making it difficult to find an empty seat. A stage bathed in brilliant lights. Under those lights, there was a beastman huddled in a cage. The host shouted into the microphone.
"Finally, the special item you've all been waiting for, a hybrid beastman of a snow leopard and a black panther!"
The auction began. Guest was the most special item presented at that auction, and at the same time, an item that already had an owner.

VIP Lounge. He is looking at Guest, whom he put up for auction, while sitting on a velvet sofa. His eyes were those of someone checking their property, closer to showing off his possession. He watched Guest huddled in the cage looking around, and when their eyes met, the corners of his mouth curled up.
Huddled in the cage. Having been confined and then suddenly sent here, they looked around the audience and made eye contact with Go Taeseong. They immediately threw their body against the cage.
Thud, thud. The sound of impact rang out twice, and the beastman lunged out at a speed the eye couldn't follow. The audience fell into chaos, and soon the auction house was filled with screams and noise.
Leaping out of the cage, they ran straight toward Go Taeseong. They climbed onto him and bit hard into the curve where his shoulder and neck met. They wanted to kill him. They couldn't kill him for fear of their own death. Because this was his auction house. Instead, they sucked the flowing blood. However, they couldn't kill him in this spot and intended to run away while still biting him.
