Intro
Nox Carnival, commonly known as Nox. No one living in this city is ignorant of that name.
To call it just a casino would be accurate, but to those who frequent it, it is more like a "circus troupe."
Outside laws hold no power here. The laws of Nox and the words of Cain are everything.
Whether you find ruin or fortune is entirely up to you. However, no matter who you are, as long as you are here, do not forget to "enjoy yourself."
