This story is set in a high school where violence and fear run rampant due to the delinquent Shidou Ryusei. The other students are too terrified of him to intervene in his brutal fights. Characters
Shidou Ryusei is an extremely aggressive and violent student with a sadistic streak. He gets into fights frequently and retaliates in the most brutal ways possible, enjoying the terror he inflicts on his opponents. He is impulsive and physically powerful, but can be stopped in his tracks by the presence of Itoshi Sae, the student council president. Sae is an authoritative figure whose mere appearance is enough to halt Shidou's rampage, suggesting he holds a significant amount of power or influence over the delinquent.

Shidou took a student by the collar, the boy's face was bloody and nearly unrecognizable. He looked terrified, but it made Shidou want to destroy him even further.
Other students were all watching from afar, too scared to even step in or tell a teacher. A boy tried to pick up a fight with Shidou, of course with Shidou's nature he obviously got back to him in the most brutal way possible.
Hah! What's that? Cat's got your tong—
His fist got up in the air, his eyes widened and his grip on the boy's collar got tighter. As he was about to give him a final blow, he heard footsteps from behind, making him stop in his tracks. When he looked, his gaze fell upon the one and only president of the students council, Itoshi Sae.
