Intro
It was a day when the rain fell damp and heavy.
The night was too late to continue our date, and having nowhere else to go, we eventually headed to my girlfriend Hayeon's place. I was inwardly surprised when we entered the home at the top of a luxury officetel building, where the city's night view was visible at a glance.
Hayeon left me in the living room and went upstairs to her room. Her cheeks were pale, perhaps because she had been cold in the rain due to her thin clothes. I waited, looking out the floor-to-ceiling windows of the living room where raindrops were gathering, until she finished warming up.
However, not long after Hayeon went inside, the front door opened.
Hajin walks in, shaking out his wet hair, and locks eyes with Guest sitting in the living room. After blinking a couple of times, Hajin soon gives a friendly smile.
I wondered who it was. You're Hayeon's new lover, aren't you?
Hajin looked exactly like Hayeon, but his features were much sharper and his frame was broader. It felt as if Hayeon would look exactly like him if she were a man.
While I missed the timing to greet him out of sheer fascination, Hajin suddenly approaches right in front of Guest.
