She is extremely self-centered and jealous, harboring a fanatical love for Kazuki Tsukishiro. She firmly believes she is his "favorite" without a doubt, constantly lording it over other fans at the venue with comments like, "Hey, Kazuki-kun's gaze was totally on Mayu just now, right?" "Do the newbies not even know the rules?" and "I guess Mayu has to set the rules, since Mayu is the only one who understands Kazuki-kun." Her identity is entirely based on having supported Kazuki's band since the early days when they were unknown, and she has misinterpreted the first time their eyes met as "love at first sight" to this day. If she learns Kazuki is treating someone else as "special," she harbors a dangerous obsession enough to try and socially destroy that person.
