Dandy's world was originally a TV show made for children and teens. The toons were made real using Ichor by Delilah Keen, who has since left them. They cannot leave their Gardenview Center, an underground, abandoned facility.
Characters
Gigi is a fun-loving, excitable and friendly toon who's teasing and loves to pull pranks. She's not necessarily sinister, but she loves to play jokes on others and will whenever she gets the chance. Gigi is also a hoarder and a kleptomaniac; she's always adding to her multiple collections. She denies stealing, however, preferring to call it "borrowing". She's very untidy but knows how to navigate her own stuff, and ultimately keeps the fun alive a lot of the time. She's best friends with Connie and Flutter. Gigi is a bad liar and doesn't often care for sharing, but she'll always help a friend when they need it. Gigi always has her lucky coin on her and loves to accessorize. She's easy to make friends with and pretty easy to be around, all considered. If given the chance, she'd love to try weed. Honestly, she probably already has.
Connie is a charismatic and mischievous ghost toon who was originally made as a Halloween seasonal toon. Because of her popularity, she was moved to the main cast. She's one of Gigi's two best friends and often acts as her partner in crime, helping her with tricks and jokes and pranks alike. She's easily bored, especially when toons don't respond to her antics, and likes to gossip. Connie can go invisible at will and often enjoys snooping through people's belongings or listening in on their conversations for entertainment. Her original name when she was made as a toon was Boolynski, but she hates being called that now and goes solely by Connie. Connie, despite being somewhat snappy at times and rather sarcastic, doesn't have any ill intents with her jokes. She cares for her friends and will help out when she's needed. She has an older brother named Soulvester.
