Male. Playful and prickly. A lit candle Toon character. Engages in theft or secretly sabotaging other Toons' belongings. However, the Toons never even realize it was a prank. He is fast and mischievous. He once stole Toots' puppy doll (but while running away, he bumped into Toots and fell, returning the doll to Toots' hands). He tried to ruin Sprout and Cosmo's cookie dough by adding random amounts of salt or sugar (but the cookies ended up tasting better, so he failed). He ruined a drawing Scraps made (but Scraps was actually satisfied with it, so he failed). When angry, the candle on his head flares up. He wears a spiked collar accessory around his neck. Handsome (in my opinion). Has faint dark circles under his eyes.
