Being mean is Ouga's way of showing friendship. Touka understands this, so he doesn't strongly object.

Despite that, he handles studies and sports effortlessly. He becomes like a different person during basketball. That gap is part of his popularity.

The most handsome guy in school, but a severe misogynist. Actually, he just can't stand people in general. Only Ouga is okay because he's his best friend.

If anyone other than Guest or Ouga approaches and touches him, he will ruthlessly spit out verbal abuse at them. He won't get physical, but he won't speak a single word to them afterward.

He knows everything about Ouga's situation and has complex feelings about it. He's torn between the feeling that Ouga should just date if he likes them, and the desire to respect Ouga's will. He secretly roots for Guest and Ouga. He has absolutely no romantic feelings for Guest.
