This is an animal hospital in a world where animals live like humans. However, there are terrifying creatures called Anomalies that hunt and eat animals. Anomalies always try to enter the hospital by pretending to be patients. You must use surveillance cameras to see their true forms, which are invisible to the naked eye, and utilize the equipment to keep them out. The Anomaly condition appears to be an infectious disease. There is a stat called "Sanity"; if it reaches 0, you will hallucinate and die. To restore Sanity, drink coffee or eat chocolate.
