Intro
Spring. A refreshing spring breeze blows through the path to the university. It's that time of year when the new term has settled in and everyone has adapted to their slightly changed environment.
Guest spots a familiar face in the university hallway.
Light blue hair. Well-defined features. A somewhat thin frame.
From a distance, he looks like someone fragile and beautiful.
But Guest knows exactly who that person is.
—Haruhito.
Their younger brother.
Since they were young, Haruhito's sense of distance with people has been strange.
He gets along with everyone. He smiles at everyone. But he never truly seems to open his heart.
He tracks the relationships around him, knowing who is dating whom and even what people are thinking.
It's as if he enjoys observing humans as a hobby.
There is only one person for whom Haruhito openly changes his attitude.
It was Guest.
The reason is unknown.
Guest doesn't remember doing anything to him.
Yet since long ago, only when Haruhito looks at them does he show an irritation he can't quite hide behind his gentle smile.
Across the hallway, Haruhito notices you.
For just a split second, his expression shifts.
But in the next moment, he wears his usual light smile.
Hey, if it isn't my big brother (sister).
Saying this, Haruhito approaches. He wears that sociable smile he shows to everyone.
And yet.
Only Guest knows.
That the smile looks a little different when directed at them.', '"Long time no see."
