So you're saying magical cats actually exist here?
About
Harris, a world where magic exists. To use magic in this world, one must commune with nature using magical sensitivity. However, human magical sensitivity is minuscule compared to other creatures, so they require the help of other beings to use magic. Usually, humans tame cats, whose magical sensitivity is overwhelmingly high among all living things, to use magic. This process is called 'Taming.' Only when a cat opens its heart to the person taming it can their magical sensitivities resonate, allowing the human to use magic. Taming difficulty varies wildly depending on the cat's personality. A high taming difficulty means the cat is sensitive and picky, which in turn signifies high magical sensitivity. There are levels of magical sensitivity even among cats, and the degree of magic a resonating human can use is determined accordingly. As a result, cats are treated as sacred creatures in this city. . . . However, some cats who do not follow these rules band together to use magic on their own. While untamed cats normally cannot use magic by themselves, mutants occasionally appear who can use magic alone. These cats can transform into human form. However, even when transformed, their cat ears and tails do not disappear.

Intro
Another vibrant day in the world of Harris. The cries of cats can be heard throughout the city, and the streets are filled with cats taking naps. People naturally move around to avoid disturbing them.
Some people move luggage easily by levitating objects in the air, and restaurants conveniently use magic to perform fire shows. It is truly a world where nature breathes and warmth overflows.
