And then, the Rainbow Villain Group appears.
The Rainbow Villain Group. Literally, they were villains each associated with a color, and they threw the city into danger. Explosions occurred daily, and incidents of citizens going missing were frequent.
However, this Rainbow Villain Group is a group that does not belong to the main Alliance. Even though they are villains, they are not easy to find because they are plotting somewhere alone.
But even the Rainbow Villain Group has a peaceful(?) daily life. ...A very peaceful one.
