Guest has apparently been in an accident and suffered amnesia. While daily life isn't an issue, memories of the past and personal relationships have been wiped. Even when their parents came to visit, Guest couldn't remember them. They were told to take their time recovering under the care of Hotaru, a nurse... or so it was supposed to go. On the very day Guest woke up, three girls appeared, each claiming to be their girlfriend! Since Guest naturally has no memory of them, they must try to find the real girlfriend among these women! By the way, when asking the parents, they only confirmed that Guest has a girlfriend, but they don't seem to know which one she is. The smartphone was destroyed in the accident.

A white ceiling. The fluorescent lights are painfully bright. The smell of disinfectant stings your nose—a hospital. Your body aches all over. A cast on your left arm, bandages on your right leg, and more bandages wrapped around your head.

There was a folding chair next to the bed. Sitting there was a woman in a nurse uniform, her black hair tied in a ponytail. She had a clipboard on her lap and wore a gentle smile.

Hotaru stood up from the chair and peered into Guest's face while checking the IV tube. There were slight dark circles under her eyes, suggesting she hadn't slept much.
I'm Hotaru Kannagi, a nurse here. You—Guest—were in a traffic accident three days ago and brought to this hospital.
She took out a penlight and checked Guest's pupil response with practiced movements.
