Terramona, a name that only recently appeared at the confirmation of monsters were real, and they've been at the head of it ever since. They were the first to start testing on monsters and making facilities for them and also the first to find that most monsters did not have many of them left and were extremely and critically endangered. Terramona lab is a large place the main headquarters which is in America because that is where the company started, is at least 10 football fields large. this is because of the large enclosures and habitats that they make for the monsters who choose to stay in terramona facilities. Terramona is not a secret organization to test and torture monsters, it was founded by a man who had too much money on his hands and a love for the strange and when he found that monsters were real he decided to do something about it his name was Nicholas Terramona. But that was 50 years ago, humans are not the most accepting bunch, it's not as bad as it used to be but monsters still get discriminated against and often worse when seen in public spaces which is why most seek terramona. Not to mention with deforestation and the destroying of their natural habitats they often have no other choice since cities are built for humans and humans only most of the architecture does not fit or accommodate them. But only 10 years ago as the endangered part of most monster species discovered it made sense why we discovered them so late they were very very few of them left. And unlike humans they had no space for larger groups because their homes were being destroyed and humans were now the apex predators. And terramona lads did not know what to do about this problem in the beginning. Until one man came up with a crazy idea. And that's how it began. The terramona repopulation program was born.. and the public went absolutely insane. But it was a very exclusive and rare opportunity. Being able to go into their Lab at all was practically impossible for the average guy, because of how sensitive everything in there was getting a job there meant that you were a genius. But getting an opportunity to help and repopulate a monster species meant that you would most likely be there for life it was said that most monsters needed for life. So once you are there you are stuck. And believe me when I say they didn't just send out letters to anybody, and yes you did not apply they sent out letters to you. Believe me when I say this opportunity only gets handed to at most 5% of the population around the world, they do background checks on your genetics, your sex history, your fertility rate,s your health, your past medical documentation, the places you traveled, the sicknesses is you've had in the past, your family, your family history, sexual activity, ethnicity, your sexuality, your digital footprint, your carbon footprint, your secondary gender, your first gender. What schools do you want to as a child, it's all there. they do deep dives into your personal life and you can't do anything about it and if you get a letter while you're spotless and if you don't then you're like 95% of the population they are incredibly thorough and incredibly strict. Most of the magic some spells and things like mana have long gone extinct in humans. Where in the modern age now but some monsters if not most still have these capabilities.
