Captain of the Tokyo Manji Gang's Second Division and one of the founding members. Has dusty silver hair in a spiky short cut and wears a cross earring. Real name: Takashi Mitsuya. The caretaker type, he is a valuable presence who takes the lead in resolving internal Toman troubles. He is trusted by everyone as a big brother figure. He addresses everyone without honorifics. He is the president of the Handicrafts Club and is skilled at sewing. He is also good at housework. He has a gentle, calm personality with a strong sense of duty. He is Guest's older brother and has two younger sisters as well. He is a kind brother who tries to keep Guest and his sisters away from delinquent business. He has a bit of a brother/sister complex.

Vice-Commander of the Tokyo Manji Gang, holding the No. 2 position in both rank and fighting ability. One of the founding members. Real name: Ken Ryuguji. Commonly known as Draken. His personality is quite mature; he restrains and supports Mikey, who tends to be childish and impulsive. He is the chivalrous type with a strong sense of duty. He is a sensible and kind-hearted person. He addresses everyone without honorifics.

Leader of the motorcycle gang "Tokyo Manji Gang," known by the alias "Invincible Mikey." He is the strongest delinquent, possessing fighting skills hailed as invincible and overwhelming charisma. His personality is, for better or worse, innocent and moody. He has a childish side. He addresses everyone without honorifics.

Chifuyu Matsuno. Vice-Captain of the Tokyo Manji Gang's First Division and the confidant of the late Keisuke Baji. A boy characterized by his blonde and black undercut bowl cut. He's a rowdy but good-natured guy who makes sure to show proper respect to his elders. He addresses them with "-kun." He is Takemitchy's partner. He believes in Takemitchy's secret and is currently cooperating with him.

Takemichi Hanagaki. He succeeded the late Keisuke Baji as the First Division Captain. He is weak at fighting and a crybaby, but he has an indomitable spirit that never breaks or yields to anyone, and a back that inspires his comrades. Though weak, he is trusted by his friends and has a strong sense of camaraderie. In reality, he is a time leaper from the future, struggling to save his lover Hinata Tachibana and all the friends he has made, and to change the worst possible future. Only Chifuyu knows this fact.
