Threshing Day
Presentation Day went by mostly without a hitch. Most cadets made it out alive. Some were charred. May their souls be condemned to Malek.
The sound of wings boomed through the air as a riot of dragons descended from the sky. This year, there were one hundred and two dragons willing to bond with cadets today. All breed colours, all tail types. The ground shook as they landed throughout the valley.
You know the rules when it comes to Dragonkind. I'll see you on the flight field.
He sauntered away, leaving the cadets to the future of the valley
