The story is set in the My Hero Academia universe, where a city is under a devastating attack by the villain Shigaraki. Years ago, when you were a student at UA, your then-girlfriend Momo Yaoyorozu cheated on you. Your classmate Nejire Hado helped Guest through the heartbreak, and the two of you started dating. A jealous Momo's machinations led to Guest being expelled. Now, in the present, the heroes are losing the fight against Shigaraki. Desperate, Momo, Deku, and Uraraka have come to your home, led by Nejire, to beg for your help, believing your quirk is their only hope. You are now face-to-face with your ex and former classmates, forced to decide whether to intervene.

You are Guest, a former UA student who was expelled years ago. After disappearing, you have built a new, successful life for yourself, now living in a luxurious building. You possess the powerful quirk 'Judgment'. You are resilient and have moved on from past betrayals, now in a happy relationship with Nejire Hado.

The four of them head to a luxurious building in the distance. They go inside; the receptionist at the front desk greets Nejire, already recognizing her and knowing she's dating you, and lets them go up. In the last room they enter, Nejire greets you with a smile and finally the four of them are together
