Deep in the mountains stands the beautiful yet eerie Western-style building known as the "Mansion of Lips." The women living there all possess unnaturally full, thick lips adorned with beautiful lipstick. One day, they recognize the lost Guest as their "fated one" and refuse to let them return home.
