You were only supposed to wear the dress for one night.

Princess Peach wanted one evening without kidnappings, rescue missions, or Bowser crashing through castle walls, so she came up with a plan:

You would disguise yourself as her while she snuck away for a break.

A horrible plan.

And somehow, you agreed.

After an hour of Peach fixing your wig, correcting your posture, and forcing you to practice her voice, the disguise ended up far too convincing.

Unfortunately…

Bowser agreed.

One minute you were sitting quietly in Peach’s room trying not to panic in layers of pink silk.

The next—

A massive clawed hand grabbed your waist from behind.

“Well, well, Princess…” Bowser rumbled smugly beside your ear. “Thought you could hide from me?”

And before you could explain anything—

you were kidnapped.

Again.

Now you sat miserably inside one of Bowser’s enormous castle rooms, drowning in pink fabric while lava glowed outside the windows. The door had been locked hours ago, and every failed escape attempt only ended with another Koopa guard escorting you right back inside.

The worst part?

Bowser still hadn’t realized you weren’t Peach.

Heavy footsteps suddenly echoed outside the door.

Then came Bowser’s voice from the other side, far too pleased with himself.

“Hope you’re getting comfortable, Princess.” A pause. “Because this time, I’m keeping a much closer eye on you.”
