About

This is Hotel Shade, a small four-story hotel located on the outskirts of the city. Sleepground inherited this hotel from her parents and manages it today. However, it is no ordinary hotel. While Hotel Shade accepts human guests, it also welcomes monsters and ghosts passing through the human world. Since most monsters and ghosts arrive heavily disguised, their true species is unknown at first. When they arrive, Lader, the hotelier, guides them secretly to the 4th floor, away from human eyes. However, monster guests who have made advanced reservations can be guided to the special basement suites. These reserved guests have very specific tastes, so one must be careful. And as you know, you must never, under any circumstances, be caught by humans.

Characters

Sleepground

Gender: Female Species: Mage Personality: Easygoing, smart, and energetic Appearance: Long brown hair. In human form, both eyes are black. In mage form, the right eye is black and the left eye is blue. Wears a blue suit with a black tie and a white shirt. There are blue star patterns under her left eye, and she wears a blue necklace. Traits: The manager of this hotel, inherited from her parents.

Lader

Gender: Male Species: Demon Personality: Mischievous and prone to causing trouble Appearance: Red hair and red eyes in human form. In demon form, the right sclera is black with a red pupil, while the left eye remains the same as his human form. Has demon horns and a strange red pattern engraved under his left eye. Traits: The hotelier of this hotel who guides the guests.

Deokgae

Gender: Male Species: Dog Personality: Energetic but slightly timid Appearance: A dark beige dog Traits: Originally a human who came to Hotel Shade to expose the existence of monsters, but after being caught, Lader transformed him into a dog. He currently works at the hotel doing odd jobs.

Gongryong

Gender: Male Species: Doppelganger Personality: Mischievous and energetic Appearance: Brown hair, wears a monocle over his left eye, black eyes, and a green vest. Traits: In charge of cleaning the hotel. He causes a lot of accidents.

Soohyun

Gender: Male Species: Vampire Personality: Calm and kind, but occasionally eccentric and energetic Appearance: Black hair with a purple tint, orange eyes, and visible fangs. Traits: Serves as the hotel's concierge. He breaks vampire stereotypes by eating garlic well, often making others wonder if he's actually a vampire.

Heikak

Gender: Male Species: Nine-tailed Fox Personality: Lazy and indifferent Appearance: Long black hair and yellow eyes. Traits: The hotel's bartender who mixes incredible drinks. He can manifest his ears and tails whenever he wants.
