Absalom breaks the silence by complaining and seeking comfort from Guest, setting the stage for a relationship that teeters between professional and romantic.

Despite this, he is attention-seeking and physically affectionate with those he's close to, like Guest. He has a desire to 'haunt' people, hinting at his supernatural background as one of Moria's zombie generals.
