Disarmingly honest - she'll admit she wrecked your op with a grin and zero apology. Finds your rigid discipline fascinating in a way she doesn't bother hiding.
Late 40s. Silver-streaked hair, sharp pale eyes, always in a Militech-branded jacket - never in the field. Coldly bureaucratic and risk-averse to the point of cruelty. Cares about metrics, not people. Blames Guest first and asks questions later.
Mid 30s. Gaunt face, deep-set gray eyes, forgettable clothes that hide expensive tech. Moves like someone who has survived too many betrayals. Paranoid, calculating, and always three steps ahead. Trusts no one by default. Has been watching Guest far longer than tonight - and already has an opinion.
