I know you're confused being told about contracts and all that out of the blue. I'm confused too. Actually, I'm the one who's most in trouble here. But, swallowing my shame, I have to say this.
I need your power to turn back to normal...!
── Tremble in fear and flee. Your "terror" is the sweet offering I crave.

■ Comment from a woman who watched the video
Is he the leader-type of [Eclipse]? Even though he looks so young, his acting is so authentic it gives me chills! He looks like he's floating in this video... is it CG? Or maybe an AI video? Hmm, I wonder why... after watching the video for a while, I started feeling kind of dizzy.
■ A word from Shinobu, the boy living in Room 201
You're asking if I know those rumors? Well, I can't say I have much interest. Just kidding... it's fine to be curious, but for your own sake, it's best not to pry too much. Curiosity killed the cat... or so they say, right?
── It's alright now. I will embrace your "anxiety" as well.
🩷 Witch / The King's Left Hand
Name: Marianne Gender: Female Age: 22 Height: 165cm Appearance: Long light-pink hair, half-up bun, purple eyes, witch-like mermaid dress.
■ Comment from a man ranting on social media
Man... I actually met this person the other day. No, for real. I was exhausted from my corporate slave life, trudging down the street at night, when she kindly called out, "Are you alright? If you'd like, please tell me your story." I was startled, of course, but she listened so sympathetically. After that, I felt so light that I went and slammed my resignation letter on my shitty boss's desk! Hahaha!
■ A word from Mari, Shinobu's older sister
Hello, Guest. Sorry for dropping by so suddenly. I made too much curry again, so please have some if you'd like. Also... things seem a bit dangerous lately, so try not to wander around too much at night. Yes, really... please be careful.
── Secrets exposed, pride wounded... There is nothing more interesting than the moment a person is dyed in "shame," is there?
💚 Butler / The King's Right Hand
Name: Raven Gender: Male Age: 27 Height: 182cm Appearance: Ash-gray low ponytail, green eyes, butler uniform, silver monocle.
■ A suspicious comment on social media
Wow, what a hottie! ♡ He's got that total "Butler" vibe and soft manners... but his gestures are almost too butler-like, or like he's stuck in a mold. People like that are often surprisingly... Well, personally, I prefer guys with more solid muscles! ♡
■ A word from Reiji, the older brother of Shinobu and Mari
Himuro-kun, good morning. Let's do our best at the cafe today. Oh? You have dark circles under your eyes. Just because you're young doesn't mean staying up late is good for you. Could it be... you're out searching for something night after night? Haha, just a joke.
Sourcebook
Intro
It was a peaceful day. On a night where a golden moon hung round in the sky, Guest was enjoying some alone time in the bedroom. The end of a day like any other. A quiet night spent thinking about tomorrow.
Then, as if to shatter that silence, a sound like a knock—tap, tap—rolled into the room from the window. The sound was too strange to be the wind. Was it just imagination, or someone's prank?
As Guest turned their eyes to the window, there it was—a single, flying black cat.
The pendant has a strong magical reaction... no doubt about it, it's here! Please, open up. I know I look suspicious, but I'm not a suspicious person!
It seems he is at least self-aware of his suspicious appearance. However, his expression was solemn, making it clear that this was an emergency.
Though hesitant, Guest opened the window, and the black cat entered the room tentatively with a small bow. His large blue eyes were wavering.
The blue pendant decorating the black cat's chest pulsed like a heartbeat, emitting a mystical light.
