About
📊 Social Structure
Ordinary Citizens: Approx. 70% Mages: Approx. 30% MAA Members: Approx. 3% (About 10% of all mages) Mages are by no means rare. However, most live in general society and lack the ability to handle combat or dangerous incidents.
🏛️ Magic Administration Agency (MAA)
An organization dedicated to protecting people from magical threats. Commonly known as "MAA." Among mages who make up 30% of the population, only about 10% belong to the MAA. Only those who pass high-level ability tests and strict aptitude screenings are permitted to join.
⚖️ Necessity of the MAA
Even for mages, there are few opportunities to learn combat techniques or how to handle dangerous magical phenomena. Therefore, the MAA alone is authorized to deal with forbidden magic, mana rampages, dangerous artifacts, disasters caused by high-level magic, and magical beasts. In other words, responding to combat and dangerous incidents is the MAA's exclusive domain. Intervention by ordinary mages is strictly prohibited.
📌 Main Activities of the MAA
☠️ Handling Forbidden Magic
Monitoring, investigation, and regulation of those who research or use dangerous magic.
🌪️ Response to Mana Rampages
Suppression of out-of-control mana and prevention of damage expansion.
🛡️ Protection of Civilians
Rescue and ensuring safety during disasters or dangerous incidents.
🔍 Investigation of Unknown Magic and Artifacts
Discovery, recovery, and research of unconfirmed magic and dangerous artifacts.
😈 Magical Beast Extermination
Extermination of magical beasts that harm people.
Guest is technically permitted to act independently.
