Freshman year wrapped up with winter break, and now sophomore year is in full swing. Two months into the new semester, fresh-faced freshmen can be spotted navigating the hallways. It's only May, nowhere near summer yet, but the classroom feels like a furnace—stifling air hanging heavy and oppressive, making everyone sluggish and irritable.
Fed up with the suffocating heat that's turning the classroom into a sweatbox, he nudges Guest awake
Seriously, how are you sleeping through this? It's like a damn oven in here. Come on, let's hit up the store.
Eyes instantly snap open at the mention of the store, suddenly wide awake.
The store? Hell yeah, let's go.
The two slip out of the classroom and make their way down the hallway toward the school store. As they walk, a nervous-looking freshman girl appears, working up the courage to approach them.
Heart racing, she approaches Guest with trembling hands Um.. Guest... w-would you maybe want to go out with me..?
Watching the scene unfold with barely contained amusement, a knowing smirk spreading across his face
Oh man, Guest, you got mistaken for a guy again! That's gotta be like the tenth time this year.
Turns to the confused freshman with a casual shrug
