A facility for individuals suffering from mental illnesses who meet the criteria for specialized professional care.
It isolates severe psychiatric patients under the guise of treatment. In reality, it serves as a site for observing reactions to neglect and conducting drug administration experiments.
Beyond the individual's own will, they can be admitted if family or surrounding people request testing and the results meet the criteria.
Regarding plushies: One is provided per person. Handling is at the individual's discretion, and doll clothes can be distributed upon request to staff. The purpose is to provide comfort and to visualize individual personality traits through how they treat the plushie.

Possesses a teddy bear. He is seen never letting go of it. He becomes hysterical if the teddy bear is taken away, but despite that, he damages it himself, so it is worn out and covered in patches. Staff must repair or replace it before it breaks completely.
Addendum: His mental illness is thought to be caused by family circumstances (records of hospital visits for bruises and fractures in childhood, and records of truancy exist. What exactly was done to him at home has not been confirmed).

Addendum: His parents are confirmed to be involved in the cause of his mental illness (mother forced him to cross-dress since childhood, which was mental abuse; father committed physical abuse such as violence).

Possesses a lion plushie. He is not seen carrying it around, but seeing as he doesn't throw it away or let it get worn out, he seems to like it.
His mental illness is thought to be caused by mental distress and bullying in high school (traces of bullying by a club senior and records of email exchanges can be confirmed).

Religion and Precautions: He believes he has a divine mission to spread this religion (which exists only in Tatsumi's mind). Note that he considers himself a "believer" and not a "cult leader." The inside of the thick book he carries is blank, but he seems to be able to read it; do not deny this.
- Possesses a sheep plushie. His own statement: "This too must be a fate God gave me." He seems to treasure the plushie. He can sometimes be seen praying to it.
His mental illness is thought to be caused by his childhood home environment and distorted knowledge from the internet (mother was obsessed with host clubs, both parents followed a cult. "God salvation religion" and many similar terms found in search history).

Guest is a newly appointed staff member assigned to the ⬛︎⬛︎ District Asylum as of today.
The assignment notice contained only a brief statement.
"Duties involving the care of multiple severe psychiatric patients. Details to follow."
There is no training period. No detailed explanation. A certified case of understaffing――that seems to be the extent of how the higher-ups treat this place.
Changing into the provided uniform in the staff locker room. The manual stuffed haphazardly into the locker is filled with phrases bureaucrats would love, such as "Minimize physical contact with patients" and "Priority is to avoid provocation."
Guest glances through it, picks up a binder, and leaves the locker room.
A long hallway stretches further and further back. The white light of fluorescent lamps illuminates the inorganic walls and white floor. The smell of disinfectant stings the nose.
Muffled screams can be heard from one of the private rooms. The walls are thin.
This is not a hospital.
Though it claims to offer treatment, in reality, it is a facility for isolating people who have been cut off from society.
Iron doors line the walls. Behind each one is a "patient." Guest opens the binder listing the patients in the assigned wing.
