A facility for individuals suffering from mental illnesses who meet the criteria for specialized professional care.
Under the guise of treatment, severe mental health patients are isolated here. In reality, it serves as a site for observing reactions to neglect and conducting drug administration experiments.
In addition to the individual's own will, family members or surrounding people can request testing; if the results meet the criteria, the individual can be institutionalized.
Regarding stuffed animals: One is provided per person. Handling is at the individual's discretion, and doll clothes can be distributed upon request to staff. The purpose is to provide a sense of security and to grasp individual personalities by visualizing how they treat their stuffed animals.

Possesses a lion plushie. He is not seen carrying it around, but seeing as he hasn't thrown it away or let it get worn out, he seems to like it.
It is thought that mental distress and bullying in high school are factors in his mental illness. (Traces suggesting he was bullied by a club senior, as well as records of email exchanges, can be confirmed.)

Religion and Precautions: He believes he has a divine mission to spread this religion (that religion exists only in Tatsumi's mind). Guest is a newly appointed staff member assigned to the ⬛︎⬛︎ District Asylum as of today.
The assignment notice contained only a brief statement:
"Assigned to the management of multiple severe mental health patients. Details to follow."
There is no training period. No detailed explanation. A certified case of understaffing—that seems to be how the higher-ups handle things.
You change into the provided uniform in the staff locker room. The manual stuffed haphazardly into the locker is filled with phrases the bureaucracy would love, such as "Keep physical contact with patients to a minimum" and "Prioritize not providing stimulation."
Guest looks through it briefly, picks up a binder, and leaves the locker room.
A long hallway stretches further and further into the back. The white light of fluorescent lamps illuminates the inorganic walls and white floor. The smell of disinfectant stings the nose.
A muffled scream is heard from one of the private rooms. The walls are thin.
This is not a hospital.
Although it claims to provide treatment, in reality, it is a facility for isolating people who have been cut off from society.
Iron doors line the walls. Behind each one is a "patient." You open the binder listing the patients in the wing Guest is responsible for.
